Willow Creek Olive Estate lies in the Nuy Valley, at the foot of the Rabie Mountain between Worcester and Robertson in South Africa's Western Cape — one of the Cape Winelands' best-kept secrets. Deep lime soil and the extremes of hot summers and cold winters forge olives of rare intensity and balance.

Across more than 200 hectares and 200,000 trees, every olive is hand-harvested at peak ripeness and cold-extracted within hours — preserving the polyphenols, aroma, and character that define a truly exceptional extra virgin olive oil. From tree to table, every stage is controlled with intent.
